Because digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed, we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been completed and the download has been made available.

2. Non-Refundable Digital Products

All digital downloads are delivered instantly upon purchase.
For this reason, refunds are not available for:

  • Diagrams, Drawings, or Sample Files
  • Digital Guides or PDF Resources

Once your payment is processed and download access is granted, the sale is considered final.
